Updating user information manually
Admins should have the ability to manually update user information without requiring users to do it themselves.

Make email replies as comments on posts
When users reply to notification emails, it would be great to have these replies automatically converted to comments on the respective posts.
Embedded widget styling is reset after navigation
The embedded widget loses its custom styling when users navigate to different pages within the widget.
